How To Order

To order online:

1 -	Select the item you would like to purchase. You can search by product code or keywords.
2 -	Once in the item detail page, select the “Personalize Your Item” button to customize your card, or “Add to Shopping Cart” button for non-personalized items. You may also select the “Sell Me Blank Cards” button, or “Send My Envelopes Early” button.
3 -	If you have chosen an item that needs personalization, please follow the next steps. If not, the “Add to Shopping Cart” button will take you directly to your shopping cart. Skip to step 6.
4 -	If you have chosen a photo card, it is now time to upload your photo. Note where your photo is saved on your computer, and click the “Browse” button. Once you have selected your file, click the “Upload Image” button. For best results, upload a large, high quality image that is larger than 300KB, but less than 10MB. It is recommended that you use a digital camera, capable of at least two (2) megapixels. If you are not ready to upload a photo now, you can skip ahead to personalization by clicking the “Continue Personalization” button.
5 -	On the next page, enter the information to be printed. You also need to select typestyle, ink color, whether you want assembly (if applicable), and if you’d like return addresses printed on your envelopes.
6 -	Continuing personalization, please approve the preview image. Remember - Our printers make the final positioning of your information on the card. This is for proofing purposes only.
7 -	If your item has related items, you’ll be directed to a display page. Select any items, or continue to the shopping cart.
8 -	This is your shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping, just click the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page, or you can chose shipping information and proceed to the checkout process. If you have items with un-finished personalization, you will not be allowed to continue to Check Out. Please complete the personalization or remove these items from your shopping cart.
9 -	Enter your Billing address. If your shipping address is different, change the drop-down box to “No” and enter the new address.
10 -	On this page, you will also enter your email address, gift message information, and any affiliate reference.
11 -	Enter your credit card information. The Card Security Code (CSC) is usually a 3- or 4-digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card next to the signature line. If you have an American Express card, it is on the front to the right of the card number.
11 -	Click the Submit button and your order is on its way.
11 -	You will receive an email receipt of your purchase, including the text that will be imprinted on your order, which you can save and/or print for your records. You can also respond directly to that email with any changes or corrections or call a customer service representative at 800.861.5437.

To order by phone, call us at 800.861.5437 and tell us:
1 -	Which card you like, it's number and how many you want,
2 -	What you'd like printed on your card (ours or one you have created),
3 -	What typestyle you want and what ink color,
4 -	If you want thank you notes (and how you want to have them imprinted),
5 -	If you want your return address printed on your envelopes,
6 -	What other items you might want, their item numbers and quantity,
7 -	How you want your order shipped, and
8 -	Which credit card you want to use, your account number, expiration date and security code. The Card Security Code (CSC) is usually a 3- or 4-digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card next to the signature line. If you have an American Express card, it is on the front to the right of the card number.

To order with a check by phone, call us at 800.861.5437 with:
1 -	The same information as above in steps 1 - 7, and
2 -	The check number, the name and address as it appears on the check, the bank's name and the numbers that appear along the bottom of the check. (Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00)

To FAX your order in, using our Order Form:
1 -	Print out the Order Form.
2 -	Fill out the information section, including what you want on your cards.
3 -	Fill out the ordering section by choosing your favorite card and writing the card's item number in the Item # column. Choose one of our phrases or write your own in the information section. Then note the typestyle, ink color, quantity, cost/item and totals.
4 -	Fill out the credit card section or call us with your check-by-phone information.

To mail in your order form with a check or money order:
1 -	Print out the Order Form.
2 -	Fill out the order form and make your check or money order payable to Stork Avenue.
3 -	Send to: Stork Avenue, Inc. 1500 South Dixie Highway Third Floor Coral Gables, FL 33146 (Checks must have your name pre-printed on them. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00)
