Our philosophy is simple ... do whatever it takes to make sure your announcements and invitations are of top quality, produced on time, at the right price and meet your highest expectations. If we haven't done our job, per your instructions, we'll reprint the job and ship it back to you the same day you call (if you call by 3 p.m. EST). Or you may return your order for a full refund. If you find the same item and the same services offered by another nationally-advertised company for less money, we'll match that price.

We believe in our products and services and stand behind them with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We'll also do whatever it takes to make sure our suppliers and shipping services do their jobs too. And finally, we won't impose business practices like placing ads on the backs of your cards just to further our exposure. It all adds up to our commitment to you, our customer and your satisfaction.

No Hidden Charges or Setup Fees!

Our pricing policy is very straight forward, with no surprise charges or hidden fees. You can print as few as 10 cards (20 card minimum for Photo Cards) and there is no setup fee. We don't charge for FAX or email proofs or colored inks and there's no cancellation fee. You also can order your envelopes early, except for international orders.

All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day after you've placed and approved your order by 4 pm EST, M-F. There are no extra charges for ink colors, photo retouching or sizing, etc.

If you find the same card and the same services offered by another nationally-advertised company for less money, we'll match that price! And, if we haven't done our job, per your instructions, we'll reprint the job and ship it back to you the same day you call (if you call by 3 p.m. EST). Or, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. If your cards are damaged during shipping or if you have any other problems with your order, please call us within 10 days of the order ship date and we'll reprint your order and ship it the next business day. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned, non-personalized items.
