How quickly will I receive my order?
We offer Next Business Day Shipping for all in-stock items after you've placed and approved your order by 4 pm EST, M-F, via your choice of delivery method.

Can I print and fax my order?

Can I get my cards printed in a different language?
Yes you can. We can print in most languages that you would like. However, all foreign language orders require an email proof.
This will delay your card a day, or longer because the printers will hold your card until you approve your card
Can I receive my envelopes in advance?
Yes. We strongly suggest that you do this. That way you can address your envelopes before you have your baby. Then when your baby is born, we'll send your RESERVED cards out the next business day after request them.
There is no extra charge for this service - just a $10.00 deposit or the cost of return addresses.

I already have my envelopes. What do I do when I want to complete my order?
All you need to do is go to the home page and click on My Order, on the top left hand side of the toolbar under the Stork Avenue logo, and
enter in your order number and your zip code. Or just
Click Here and it will
automactically take you to the page to complete your order.
What if I don't know the sex of my baby?
Most of our cards are offered in boy or girl versions. If, by chance, you ordered envelopes in advance and your little girl turned out to
be a little boy... Don't worry. You'll only have to pay for the envelopes you use. Simply choose an alternative card and we'll complete your
order.
What will it cost to ship my order?
All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day after you've placed and approved your order by 4 pm EST, M-F.

We do ship internationally, however, rates will vary for international shipments. Please call us at 011-1-305-669-4878 for a quote on your international shipment or you can email us at

estimate.
Since all orders are usually shipped in less than 48 hours, we currently do not have a way for you to track your order online. Please call us at 1-800-861-5437 with any questions in regards to your order tracking or you can email us at
shipping@storkavenue.com. We print and ship your in-stock order the next business day after your order is received. If an item states that it is BACKORDERED we currently would not have that item in stock and we would have to place your order on hold until we receive that item into inventory.
Is it safe for me to order online?
Stork Avenue, Inc. is a reputable, Florida-based company that has offered its services and products to moms and dads like you all over the world for more than 15 years. We employ the latest technology to help assure that your personal information is safe and secure.
Can I see a sample of the text that will appear on my cards before they are printed?
The information that you entered in our order form contains all of the text that will be imprinted on your cards. You'll receive a copy of
the text with your confirmation email. You will also be able to view a preview of your card after you have personalized it. The preview is
just for text proofing purposes. Final type size, type color and type positioning will be completed by our professional artist. We will
adjust font size and spacing to make your text fit. You can also request an email proof of your card to be sent to you. However, the
printers will hold your card until you approve your card for printing.
Can I write anything I want on my cards?
Sure. We have offered a few ideas on our site, but you can write anything you want. We encourage you to be creative with the wording to make
the card truly special and unique. However, depending on the card there may be a limited number of lines for each card.
I never received an e-mail confirmation, how do I know that my order is being processed?
Please call 1-800-861-5437 and one of our
customer services representative can help locate your order.
Can I order more cards after I receive my order?
Yes. We will keep you on file for two months after your order date. There is a minimum amount of 10 for cards and 20 for photo cards to
reorder.
What does the cost of the card include?
Pricing includes ink color of choice, set up, choice of phrasing, typestyle and matching envelopes. We can imprint your return address for
25¢ each. If the cards need to be assembled and you choose to have us complete them, there may be a 10¢ to 50¢ charge per card.
Can I have a Proof sent to me?
Yes. There is no charge for one email or faxed proof. However on photo cards, additional proofs using a different photo will be charged
$5.00 each. This process may delay shipping of the order, since approval is needed. Please indicate the request for a proof in the Special
Instructions/Order Comments box at the end of your order in the checkout area. A sample can be sent
free of charge. Just

Do I have a choice of payment methods?
You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, either by entering it on the order form or by calling our toll-free number
at 1-800-861-5437. You can also mail in your check or money order or pay by check over the phone.
Photo Card Orders
Can I send you a digital photo?
We can accept digital photos, sent as attached EPS, JPEG or
TIF files. This should be sent to
photos@storkavenue.com. If you are not sure of how to
send a digital image, call our toll-free number or just mail your favorite photo and we'll scan it.
What are the best ways to photograph a baby?
With a new baby in the house, you may also have a new camera and are still trying to figure it out - just like parenting!
Here are a few quick tips to help you take that perfect shot
for your announcement or invitation.
- Set it up right. Set your camera to its highest possible resolution (often labeled L)
and with the least amount of compression. And, turn off the date stamp, if it's on.
- Size does matter. Send the full size file - preferably in JPEG format. Minimum image resolution should be at least 1152 x 864 pixels (16 x 12 at 72 dpi) or larger than 300Kb (kilobytes) in disc space to create an acceptable printed image. Of course, the bigger the better, especially if the picture requires cropping. (As a safeguard, our upload engine will not permit a file that is larger than 10MB to be uploaded.)
- No cropping necessary. Do not crop or edit in any way the digital images you send us. To achieve the best quality,
it is essential that you send the original, unedited and un-resized images.
- Let the sun shine. Try to shoot in natural light - but not in direct sunlight (squinty eyes and heavy shadows). If
that's not possible, light the room as much as possible.
- When to shoot. If you're shooting outdoors, it's best to shoot in the early morning or early evening. That's when the
sunlight is its richest. Of course, baby will have something to say about this, too. So - it's best to shoot when baby is content and
well-rested. Eyes open - if possible!
- How about the background? Since many of our cards combine text with the photos, it's best to use a solid or
simple-patterned background - a plain sheet, blanket, etc.
- What to wear? If you're a TRUE fan, you'll dress your baby in his or her team outfit (Sports Illustrated cards).
The au natural look is always nice. Or, maybe just wrap your baby in a beautiful blanket. Of course, the main subject in the photo is your
baby, so the background should complement what your baby is wearing. For instance, if your baby is wearing pink, the background could be
white or light green.
- Ready for your close-up? Get nice and close for the best focus. But, make sure you are not casting a shadow on
your baby.
- Shoot, shoot, shoot! Don't be afraid to take TONS of shots. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The more you
take, the better the chance that you'll get that PERFECT shot.
- Professionally taken photos must be accompanied by a copyright release form signed by your photographer.
Can you fix imperfections in photos?
It is obviously best to send us a sharp, bright photo. However, there are many things we can do to enhance your photo. We can take out red-eye,
lighten or darken your photo, take out unwanted objects, etc.
Do I get my picture back?
Yes. Your photo will be sent back with your order.
Can I use a professional photo?
If you can get approval from your photographer, we will be willing to use a professional picture.
I just uploaded a photo for my pre-ordered cards, how do I verify that everything is ready for printing?
After you have placed the rest of your order after pre-ordering envelopes you
should receive an e-mail confirmation if you put in your e-mail address. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail please call
customer service at 1-800-861-5437 and they will check to make sure that we received your order.
What information do I need to include if I e-mail my photo instead of upload it?
If you are e-mailing your photo to us please make sure to give us the order number and the baby's name.
How can I see a picture of what my card will look like with my baby's picture on it?
All you need to do is just request either an e-mail proof or a fax proof and we will be happy to send you what your card with look like
for your approval. The first photo proof is free, however if you exchange photos and want another proof it will be $5.00 for each proof.
The printers will hold the order until you approve your card for printing.
Pricing
The card and matching thank you note prices include the cost of the cards, envelopes and custom, single-sided imprinting. Your return address can be printed on
each envelope for 25¢ each.
These prices are subject to change, without notice.
Discounts
We offer quantity discounts if you order 11 or more cards. The prices decrease when you order more cards.
Price and Quality Guarantees
If you find the same card and the same services offered by another company for less money, we'll match that price.
When you receive your announcements, please carefully check for accuracy. If we printed your order incorrectly
from the information you provided to us, we will reprint the order and send it to you the day you email us (before 3:00 p.m. EST) at
customerservice@storkavenue.com or call our toll free number 1-800-861-5437. If
you provided us with incorrect information, we will reprint your order with a 50 percent discount. If you are not satisfied with your order,
for whatever reason, please email or call us and we'll do our best to satisfy your request.
Finally, if your cards are damaged during shipping or if you have any other problems with your order, please call us within 10 days of the order
ship date and we'll reprint your order and ship it the next business day. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned, non-personalized items.
How To Order
To order online:
All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day after you've placed and approved your order by 4 pm EST, M-F.
CLICK HERE to review shipping charges. You'll find the website very easy and safe to use. You'll be able to see your finished
card before you buy it.
- Select your card or other item by category, theme or actual item number.
- Once you see your item please hit the "Personalize Your Card" button or the "add to shopping cart" button at the bottom of the page or the
"envelopes early" button if your baby has not been born yet.
- Fill in all of the information about your baby and yourself, choose your typestyle and ink color, choose whether you want assembly (if applicable),
and choose whether you want return addresses printed on your envelopes. Then click the "Create Preview Image" button.
- Then you will get to the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) page which will show your card and the information that you want to have printed
on your card. Then you can either approve your card or add card comments if you wish and then hit the continue button or go back and make changes button. Our
printers make the final positioning of your information on the card.
- Select any related item, such as thank you notes or matching stickers. Then hit add selected item to cart or continue.
- If you want to continue shopping, just click the continue shopping button or you can proceed to the checkout process.
- Enter your billing and mailing information, how you heard about us and what catalog (if any) you are using for this order. Then hit next step.
- Tell us how you want your order shipped.
- Which credit card you want to use, your account number, expiration date and security code. The Card Secrity Code (CSC) is usually a 3- or 4-digit number,
which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field) or on the front, to
the right of the card number, as it is with
American Express cards.
- Click the Submit button and your order is on its way.
- You will receive an emailed receipt of your purchase, including the text that will be imprinted on your order, which you can save and/or print for your records.
You can also respond directly to that email with any changes or corrections.
To order by phone, tell us:
- Which card you like, it's number and how many you want
- What phrase you want on your card (ours or one you have created)
- What typestyle you want and what ink color
- If you want thank you notes (and how you want to have them imprinted)
- If you want your return address printed on your envelopes
- What other items you might want, their item numbers and quantity
- How you want your order shipped, and
- Which credit card you want to use, your account number, expiration date and security code. The Card Secrity Code (CSC) is usually a 3- or 4-digit number,
which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field) or on the front, to the
right of the card number, as it is with American Express cards.
To order with a check by phone, call us with:
- The same information as above in steps 1 - 7, and
- The check number, the name and address as it appears on the check, the bank's name and the numbers that appear along the bottom of the check.

To FAX your order in, using our Order Form:
- Print out the
Order Form.
- Fill out the information section, including what you want on your cards.
- Fill out the ordering section by choosing your favorite card and writing the card's item number in the Item # column. Choose one of our phrases or
write your own in the information section. Then note the typestyle, ink color, quantity, cost/item and totals.
- Fill out the credit card section or call us with your check-by-phone information.
To mail in your order form with a check or money order:
- Print out the

- Fill out the order form and make your check or money order payable to Stork Avenue.
